About the Client

Our client is a European intergovernmental organisation specialising in sustainable migration and labour mobility policies. As part of their Inspire pilot initiative, the organisation set out to connect qualified technical professionals from Ghana and Kenya with European employers in high-demand industries such as renewable energy, IT, industrial automation, and sustainable infrastructure.

The program targets engineers, technicians, and electricians with strong English and basic German language skills, aiming to support both ethical recruitment and long-term reintegration of skilled migrants into their home countries.
