Background

Our client is a fast-growing European network of independent testing laboratories offering services in:
  • Environmental and emissions testing (air, water, soil)
  • Food safety and pharmaceutical analysis
  • Material and precious metal testing
  • Calibration and metrology services
  • Non-destructive testing (NDT)

At the beginning of our collaboration, the group consisted of only 12 laboratories. After two years of structured digital outreach, website consolidation, and ecosystem engagement, the network now comprises over 52 laboratories, with expansion continuing.

  • Highlighted post-acquisition advantages, such as operational autonomy and shared resources
  • Strengthened brand credibility, making the group more attractive to potential partners
