About the Project

The 6-month campaign aimed to:

  1. Generate qualified B2B leads for a new line of air-to-water heat pumps and fan coils
  2. Support market expansion beyond the pool segment into broader HVAC applications
  3. Raise awareness among regional distributors, installers, and wholesale platforms

A key constraint was the lack of existing data: no clear filtering tools in LinkedIn or Sales Navigator allowed for easy identification of relevant distributors. The team had to build the outreach foundation entirely from scratch.

  • Personal invitations to trade show meetings
  • Helped coordinate and organise 28 in-person meetings at trade shows, including direct on-stand engagement and pre-booked appointments
  • Managed lead qualification (MQL and SQL) and handed off prospects to the sales team
