A global online platform helping licensed nurses from developing countries access training, certification, and international job opportunities. The platform connects qualified nursing professionals with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare recruiters in high-demand regions such as Central and Western Europe.


About the Project

The 12-month project had two parallel objectives:

  1. B2C: Attract and convert nurses from countries like the Philippines, India, and Eastern Europe into platform users, guiding them to register, participate in educational events, and apply for international positions.
  2. B2B: Engage hospital directors and clinical HR managers in countries with high staffing needs (Switzerland, Austria, Germany) and qualify their interest in hiring international nurses via the platform.

🎯 Target Audience

B2C:
  • Licensed nurses from the Philippines, India, Nigeria, Ukraine, and other developing countries
  • Primary conversion goal: registration on the platform and attendance at value-driven webinars
B2B:
  • Directors and HR decision-makers at hospitals and clinics in DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
  • Objective: initiate recruitment conversations and assess partnership interest

🚩 Challenge

  • Build trust with an international nursing audience unfamiliar with the platform
  • Scale up registration and engagement while maintaining a low cost-per-acquisition
  • Overcome saturation and ad fatigue in crowded healthcare recruitment channels
  • Align both nurse acquisition and hospital outreach under a unified brand narrative

  • Designed and launched high-converting landing pages for global webinars and registration flows
  • Managed paid acquisition campaigns via Facebook and Instagram (focused on nurses)
  • Produced and promoted 15+ educational webinars, with participation ranging from 1,500 to 2,500 nurses each
